Getting Honest: Career Networking and Year Review
Join us for an evening built for women who want real conversations about work and life. We’re bringing together women who carry different skills, expertise, and lived experience, and who are equally curious to meet others doing meaningful work in their own fields. This a night for anyone who wants space to look honestly at how the year has gone, where their time and energy have gone, and what they want to put more of themselves toward next.
An invitation to be honest without performing ambition, to offer what you know, and to receive support from women who understand that growth is rarely linear. Whether you are looking to expand your network with people who are experts in their own right, or you simply need a refresh before the new, this evening is for you.
We’ll start by getting to know each other through what we actually bring to the table: the skills we can share, the questions we are sitting with, and the kind of people we hope to meet.
Think peer expertise: we’re not searching for experts (though you’re very much welcome), we’re looking for an exchange of skills and life experience that will provide valuable knowledge to the women around you.
From there, we move into an interactive guided reflection on the year so far: the commitments that mattered, the ones that drained you, and the areas you want to place more care and focus on as the months ahead take shape. You will work individually and in small groups, so you leave with both clarity and a support system from the women around you.
