To welcome the magic of December and tick a few gifts off your holiday shopping list, we're partnering with Senang Jewellery, a small jewellery atelier in Enschede, for a workshop where you'll create your own jewellery out of Silverclay from start to finish. You can decide how many pieces you'd like to make, but the heart of the afternoon is gifting.
Picture a warm mug of hot chocolate, festive music and a table full of little gems to choose from. Isabel will guide you through every step, helping you shape each piece just the way you want it. To finish, we’ll wrap up your little gifts so they're ready to go straight under the tree. Come in your coziest winter layers and let this afternoon sweep you into the festive season.
What is Silverclay?
Silver clay is a remarkable material from Japan, made from recycled silver powder mixed with water and an organic binding agent. It feels and works like clay, allowing you to easily create unique designs. After firing, the binder burns away, leaving behind pure 999 silver. Ideal for creative and sustainable jewellery that will last a lifetime. For our gold jewellery lovers, we will simply add a layer of 24 carat Keum Boo gold foil which makes your unique piece gold plated. Policy note: This is a private event for members who have bought a ticket or have an existing Verdere membership. Any other individuals will be denied entry.
Cancellation policy: Event ticket holders must cancel 72 hours prior to the event to be eligible for a full refund (or alternatively book a different event). Membership holders must cancel 48 hours prior to the event (cancellations made after this window will count as a used event for that month).
